POWER SYSTEM
POWER SYSTEM FOR HOME BASE – We are within 3-10 miles from a power line I am told. But we need at least temporary power for the first year or two I imagine. What is the best – Water turbine? Wind? (I have not seen much wind there) Solar? Generator? A combination? What absolutely needs power? Probably a pump for water, a few bulbs, the filtration system (?). We can cook by fire or better, a gas cooker. Refrigerator? Ask my wife – she will know better. A hair dryer??? Ugh.
