Treasure Hunting

The Ultimate Treasure Hunt is a book about being a Treasure Hunter who does supernatural evangelism through supernatural encounters. A Treasure Hunt is simply asking God to give specific words of knowledge (a Treasure Map) that reveals the divine appointments for the people He has prepared in advance for us to encounter. The Treasure is the lost coin of the parable in Luke 15:8ff. The Treasure Hunter is comparable to Ananias, who had a supernatural vision in which God gave him the details for a supernatural encounter with Saul in Acts 9. This book outlines the underlying biblical principles of supernatural evangelism and witnessing, as well as the practical elements of being an effective Treasure Hunter.

Here is a testimony of a treasure hunter: “Hey Kevin I remember when we went to Lake Tahoe and did treasure hunting on the beach. I had tent, beads, funnel, chimes, sunglasses, and the name Ray on my list. When we got down to the beach there was a craft fair with a lot of tents. So we went to see if anyone was selling chimes. When we got there we found a man in sunglasses selling funnel shaped chimes that had beads hanging on them. I figured he was wearing Rayban sunglasses so I introduced myself to get a better look. When I did he shook my hand and introduced himself as Ray! It freaked me out. We ended up having a prayer time for him where we prayed for his four kids. It was awesome!”
